Pentagon City Metro Station - Garage parking available On-site
Hyatt Regency Reston - Garage parking available on-site and in the vicinity. If taking the metro plan an approximate 10-minute walk from the Reston Metro station.
For public tours, in some cases, we may be able to pick up guests at other locations en route — contact us for availability or special arrangements at info@vinovirginia.net.
For private tours, pickup is available at your chosen location within 15 minutes of Crystal City or along our route west toward Virginia wine country. Contact us for other pick up locations outside our included service area.
Pickup typically begins around 9:30–10:00 AM, with return between 5:30–6:30 PM depending on your itinerary and pickup point.
All guests receive detailed pickup instructions in their confirmation email.

Our comfortable, modern Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter vans provide a relaxed, authentic way to travel through Virginia’s countryside.

Private tours include personalized routes and direct pickup.
Private experience pricing varies depending on your experience choice, group size, and any enhancements or personalizations you choose.

Yes. Tours operate Wednesday through Sunday year-round.
If you’d like to plan a Monday or Tuesday experience, please contact us — we can often make special arrangements for private or corporate groups.
For public tours:
- 7+ days before your tour: Full refund.
- 5 days before your tour: 50% refund.
- 2 days or less: Non-refundable.
For private and corporate tours:
- Payment is due 30 days in advance.
- Cancellations made 29 days or less before departure may rebook for another date but are not eligible for a refund.
We follow our winery and restaurant partners’ cancellation policies, which may be more restrictive.
In cases of severe weather, guests will receive a rebooking credit or full refund.
Our tours are intentionally kept small, no more than 14 guests. This ensures you receive personal attention from your guide, wineries and unique experience partners. You will enjoy a relaxed, slow travel experience that's deeply engaging and memorable.
Most wineries include 4–6 tastings as part of their experience.
Some locations also feature cider, beer or mead options, depending on availability.
Non-alcoholic options may be available at select wineries — please inquire in advance.

Some of our experiences include food, while others allow guests to choose their own lunch location.
Virginia Wine Experiences provide time for guests to enjoy lunch in town, at a wine country café, or at a winery on their own, depending on the itinerary.
Select Signature Experiences—such as Sunday-Funday Brunch or Christmas Magic—include paired dining or curated culinary moments.
For private tours, our team can arrange lunch reservations at one of our partner restaurants or wineries to fit your group’s schedule and style.
Many of our winery partners also offer cheese and charcuterie boards or light fare available during tastings either included or available for purchase.
